Eglu Go
Simple, straightforward and stylish the Eglu Go is your introduction to the wonderful world of chickens. You can collect between 16-18 eggs a week from 3 chickens - you will never have to buy eggs from the supermarket again.
Developed by Omlet, the Eglu Go is designed for you to keep up to 4 medium size chickens. Start keeping chickens and you'll discover that collecting a fresh egg from your chickens is the perfect start to your day!
A Revolutionary Chicken House
The Eglu Go has a single large door at the back, which you can open to reveal the roosting bars, nesting area and dropping tray. The chickens perch on the roosting bars at night and their droppings fall through onto the droppings tray. A couple of times a week you slide the tray out and this can then be simply emptied into the compost bin, wiped clean and replaced.
Collecting eggs
Two chickens will provide you with between 10 and 12 eggs a week. They lay these in the integrated nesting area which you can cushion using straw or shredded paper. To collect the eggs you simply open rear hatch and slide the roosting bars towards you. Once you have collected your eggs the rear door can be securely closed by turning the handle. Two strong steel arms securely lock it into place.
Well insulated
The Eglu Go has a double walled construction for insulation. It also has excellent draught free ventilation so your chickens will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. .
Food and water containers The Eglu Go comes with a food and a water container. Specially designed to complement the house. They attach to the run and hold enough food and water to last 4 chickens 2 days.
Access the Run from Anywhere!
The new run design means you can now position the run door on the side as well as on the end. This is useful if you want to fit the Eglu Go into a spot where access to the end would be difficult. You can use the door to let your chickens out and they will enjoy roaming around your garden looking for slugs and other tasty morsels.
No Foxes Allowed
If your name is Mr Fox, you're not coming in! The spacious secure run is made from strong steel weld mesh and will keep your hens safe. The dark green PPE coating is fused to the metal wires ensuring an extremely durable finish that looks great too. Omlet's unique anti-tunnel skirt stops predators from tunnelling in. You can safely leave your chickens in the run with the door to their house open if you are returning after dark or if you're going away for the weekend.
Protection for your Hens
The finishing touch to the run is the shade which comes as standard with the Eglu Go. It attaches to the run using four elasticated cords and provides shelter from the sun and rain when your chickens are in the run.
