Blue Ranger hens

Marlene our blueranger is the friendliest of my 6 girls & is best friends with Raquel our sussex. we also have a speckledy (Mavis),blacktail (rita),silkie (Patsy) & Edinna our polish hen. All fantastic birds. great help & advise, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Marg is our Blue Ranger, as it's been said before by Iman she is not the brightest chick!! and when it comes to the pecking order, she doesn't even know it exists. As long as there is food & a dust bath she is a Happy Chick. Many thanks to Sarah & all at Happy Chicks for beautiful healthy chickens you should be proud of yourselves as we saw many chickens locally before we saw your website & unfortunately for the chickens they did not look like they had been well cared for.

We purchased our blue ranger last summer. Violet is a beautiful bird and easily the largest of my 3.She is the boss of the lot but a fantastic layer and very friendly. She has the dogs nicely in check! She also knows when it's feeding time as they now recognise the sound of the back door opening. I love my girls (siany's angels) and will definately recommend these birds to anyone.

Although like all 4 chickens purchased from happy chicks, our blue arrived happy, clean & healthy. She appeared bigger than the other 3 & seemed really confident.....we now know that....how can I say this ? She is not the brightest bird in the flock :) Really easy going chicken & beautiful to look at really friendly but is often found standing there 5 minutes after our warren has pinched the tomato she was eating... still looking for it!! my cheeky sons say she is the "blonde" in the flock!!!! I hasten to add she is the one that everyone falls in love with when they come round, me? I guess Im just a sucker for naughty chickens but everyone needs at least one peaceful one in their flock & for me she is definately the most placid. Again I would say to those worried about buying chickens online....dont be!! These really are fantastic chickens from fantastic people that are always willing to offer advice, I honestly dont know how they do it....but they really do, cannot recommend them highly enough
